Refund Policy
We want you to be satisfied with your AICO Pro purchase. This policy outlines our refund terms for each plan type.
Monthly Subscription ($7.99/month, offer: $4.99/month)
No refunds. Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. Upon cancellation:
- Your Pro features remain active until the end of the current billing cycle
- No further charges will be made
- Your account reverts to the Free tier after the billing period ends
Because you can cancel at any time and continue using Pro for the remainder of your paid period, we do not offer refunds on monthly subscriptions.
Yearly Subscription ($59.99/year, offer: $49.99/year)
14-day refund window. If you are not satisfied with AICO Pro, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase date.
- Refund requests must be made within 14 calendar days of the original purchase
- After 14 days, no refunds will be issued
- Upon refund, your Pro access is revoked immediately
- Renewal charges are also eligible for a 14-day refund from the renewal date
Lifetime Purchase ($100, offer: $64.99)
14-day refund window. Lifetime purchases may be refunded within 14 days of purchase.
- Refund requests must be made within 14 calendar days of the original purchase
- After 14 days, all sales are final
- Upon refund, your Lifetime Pro access is revoked immediately
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact us at:

- Include your purchase email address and plan type
- We will process eligible refunds within 5–7 business days
Since payments are processed by Paddle (our Merchant of Record), refunds will be issued through Paddle to your original payment method.
Exceptions
Refunds will not be issued in cases of:
- Violation of our Terms and Conditions
- Abuse of the refund policy (e.g., repeated purchase-and-refund cycles)
- Requests made after the applicable refund window has closed
