Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the AI Conversation Organizer (“AICO”, “the Extension”, “the Service”) Chrome browser extension, operated by DIY Lab Hub (“we”, “us”, “our”), a sole proprietorship based in India.
By installing or using AICO, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please uninstall the Extension.
1. Service Description
AICO is a Chrome browser extension that allows users to:
- Capture and extract content from AI conversation platforms (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, Grok, Copilot) and any webpage
- Preview captured content in JSON and Markdown formats
- Transfer captured content to user-configured destinations (Notion, PostgreSQL, local servers, file downloads)
- Batch export conversation histories from supported platforms
- Generate screenshots of webpages via Scroll & Capture
All captured content is processed and stored locally in your browser. AICO does not store, process, or transmit your content through our servers.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years of age to use AICO. By using the Extension, you represent that you meet this age requirement.
3. Free and Paid Plans
Free Plan
- Available to all users at no cost
- Includes 5 exports per day (resets daily at midnight UTC)
- Unlimited content capture
- Access to all supported platforms
Pro Plans (Paid)
- Monthly: $7.99/month (limited time: $4.99/month) + applicable tax — unlimited exports, cancel anytime
- Yearly: $59.99/year (limited time: $49.99/year) + applicable tax — unlimited exports, 14-day refund window
- Lifetime: $100 one-time (limited time: $64.99) + applicable tax — unlimited exports forever, 14-day refund window
4. Payment Processing
All payments are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles billing, invoicing, tax calculation, and payment processing. By purchasing a Pro plan, you also agree to Paddle’s Terms of Service.
We do not have access to your payment details (credit card numbers, billing addresses). The only information we receive from Paddle is your email address and subscription status for license verification.
5. Data Ownership and Privacy
You retain full ownership of all content you capture using AICO. We make no claim to your captured data.
All captured content is stored locally in your browser. We do not access, store, or process your content on our servers. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use AICO to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
- Capture content in violation of the terms of service of the source platform
- Distribute, sell, or commercially exploit captured content without proper authorization
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Extension
You are solely responsible for how you use the content you capture. AICO is a tool — it is your responsibility to respect copyright, licensing, and platform terms of service.
7. Intellectual Property
AICO, including its code, design, branding, and documentation, is the intellectual property of DIY Lab Hub. Your purchase of a Pro plan grants you a license to use the Extension — it does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property.
8. Disclaimers
- AICO is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied
- We do not guarantee compatibility with all websites or AI platforms
- We do not guarantee that captured content will be perfectly formatted in all cases
- Platform updates may temporarily affect AICO’s functionality until we release a compatibility update
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DIY Lab Hub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of AICO. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Extension in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to Pro features if you violate these Terms. You may stop using AICO at any time by uninstalling the Extension.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. Continued use of AICO after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of India.
